HOW DO I REQUEST YOUR SERVICE WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
The first step is reaching out using our contact form and provide as much information as possible about your requirements. We will check availability on the required dates and get back to you with any questions we have before issuing the quote.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED
Our head office is in Kawaguchi with convenient access to the greater Tokyo area. Additionally we have warehouse storage facilities in several locations over Japan. Our staff can also travel wherever your event takes place Japan.
DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?
Initially we only provide the contact form and email contact. Once the project moves ahead we will usually create a whatsapp group with the technicians and project managers assigned to your event for real time coordination.
DO YOU WORK WITH PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS?
No. We work with companies, agencies and public bodies only, and we don't take bookings for private parties.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME TO REQUEST YOUR SERVICES
There is no set lead time. It will depend on the load of projects at the time of your request.
CAN YOU PROVIDE AN INVOICE
Yes, we can provide an invoice in English or Japanese with our tax number and all requirements for a valid invoice.
HOW CAN I PAY FROM OVERSEAS?
Usually payments are handled via SWIFT bank transfer for overseas customers. We can accept USD, EUR and JPY.
CAN I RENT A SINGLE SPEAKER OR MICROPHONE?
No. We rent complete systems with delivery, setup and a technician.
